Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tradbuk in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your sign-in code email secure. Do not share your account with others. We use one-time codes (no passwords), so the email address on file is your security boundary.

If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately at hello@tradbuk.com.

Tradbuk is priced at $29.99 USD per month, or $299.88 USD per year ($24.99/month equivalent, save 17%). We offer a 14-day free trial. You enter card details at signup so the subscription can roll over automatically on day 15, but no charge happens during the trial. After the trial, you are billed automatically by Stripe.

You can cancel anytime from the account dashboard or by emailing hello@tradbuk.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial months or unused time.

If you have been granted a comped account (lifetime, beta, family, or other), the specific terms of that comp apply and override the default pricing.

This section is the most important part of these terms.

Tradbuk is educational and analytical, not advisory. Everything we provide — dashboards, AI coaching, pattern detection, weekly reviews, Carlos’s framework, community content — is for educational and journaling purposes only.

We do not recommend specific trades. Our AI may discuss your past trades, identify patterns, or suggest framework-aligned approaches. None of this constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any track record displayed on Tradbuk (Carlos’s, the ITR community’s, or any user’s) is historical and not indicative of future performance.

You assume all trading risks. Trading forex, futures, equities, crypto, or any other instrument involves the risk of substantial loss. You may lose more than your initial investment depending on the instruments and leverage used. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Prop firm challenges have specific risks. If you use Tradbuk in Prop Mode (Phase 1+) to support a prop firm challenge, you assume all rules and risks of that prop firm. We do not guarantee a pass.

Consult a licensed professional. For personalized financial, tax, or legal advice, consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Tradbuk and its team are not licensed financial advisors.

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the service.

Share your account credentials or sub-license access to others.

Use automated bots to access Tradbuk in ways that abuse the service or our infrastructure.

Upload malicious content, attempt to disrupt the service, or compromise other users.

Use Tradbuk for any illegal activity in your jurisdiction.

Misrepresent your trading performance in any community or leaderboard feature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Tradbuk platform (software, design, branding, documentation, AI prompts and frameworks, Carlos’s methodology as expressed through the product) is owned by Tradbuk and its operators. You receive a limited license to use the service while your account is active.

Your trade data belongs to you. By using Tradbuk, you grant us a license to process your trade data solely to provide the service to you (e.g., store it, analyze it, generate insights, display it in your dashboard).

Aggregate and anonymized data may be used to improve the product, train AI features (where opted-in), and generate non-identifying community statistics.

Tradbuk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do our best to maintain uptime and data accuracy, but we cannot guarantee either. MT5 broker connections, AI model availability, and third-party service reliability are subject to factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradbuk’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost trading profits, lost opportunities, or losses incurred from trading decisions made while using Tradbuk.

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing hello@tradbuk.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

On termination, your access to the service ends. We delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

For users outside the United States, this clause does not override mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as Tradbuk evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or with a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
